We want you to love your hoodie as much as we loved making it. But if it’s not the right fit, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

In the same condition you received it

With original tags attached

In the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email us at slayhaussee@gmail.com to request a return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

⚠️ Please note: Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your hoodie arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong size/style, email us right away. We’ll make it right.

What Can’t Be Returned

We do not accept returns on:

Gift cards

Custom or personalized orders

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

Please note: Your bank or card provider may need extra time to process the refund.
